Sometimes i wonder what is success. Its like a jungle game when you r trying to catch a fox . If you are unable to snatch the prey you lose , otherwise fox wasn't good enough
I still remember burning midnight oil to get into some gud engg college . The fight paid off and i got through dce ....then there was 4 years of holidays ....Now that i am working ....ideally should be satisfied or at the most working even harder to climb the ladder or whatever but another set of targets are luring me to again pull my socks up.

you might have noticed that i wonder a lot :))))

Again something pinching my mind. There is a mootable question arising in the industry which can hamper the country's growth . ...related to bpo's
Its a thinking that is gaining ground nowdays that working in bpo's just stagnates your career as well as there are serious repurcussions on the health of the workers. Its a growing belief that bpo's undo what schools and colleges do to a student . We all are familiar with the work environment there. Its nocturnal shifts are actually against the basic nature....and serious digestive problems have been observed among the employees. Recently there was news that the sewage pipe of a bpo was jammed and when it was opened ...it was full of condoms. There is increasing unrest among the parents of young bpo workers about the growing YOYO culture.
Its an issue industry must respond and rectify if necessary , quickly because bpo boom is one of the thriving industry of india and we should not let it meltdown just like that. One of my suggestions is that bpo management should take special concerns in developing the young turks joining the industry. This way they would understand their responsibilties even more instead of partying from the seemingly easy money , treated as pocket money. Also this would boost their career prospectives .This mindset can be revamped only by increasing their skillset and making the admission procedure even more regressive ( accepted that their is always shortage of candidates for this growing sector but atleast making them somewhat standardized would make the chosen candidates hold some value after they leave their jobs)
It is always mutual give and take for both sides ....
