HAATH AAYA MUUN NA LAGAYA

i had this post ready last week only but some how didn't put it here .

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEZE the caption is one of those double entendre , my friends misinterpreted my motive or feelings while saying those words. lets start from the start. i went to simla with my friends at FSS , which constituted 3 girls , about which some of my friends were pretty excited (u know that those 4 years of engg inception of a dream ..infact the most cherished one , that is to have a girlfriend and many of my friends still striving to get one).
it was on the way back to delhi , when we were listening to a senti song , vidhi seeing channa emotional , just out of curiosity perhaps enquired for any reasons for his present state. while channa , if am correctly remembering , didn't utter a word , but it was yours truly who dared to speak , just couldn't stop myself pronouncing them . i had straight feelings , that on several occasions i missed the train ( i mean maal gaadi....hehe), but was interpreted wrong by them.
i am mentioning it because i don't have an escape because nishant ( he was also there) has already threatened me that if i don't do it , he would put up everything on dce yahoo group. i think it is better to go for this option as i wonder how many read my blog. see even if you have done something wrong don't let it known to too many people .
let me begin with building a caricature (no offenses please , they all are gems by heart) of all who went there with me

ankit goel (jheeenga)....... infact jheenga alias ankit
u might be wondering why such a name ....i thing he got the name courtesy to the famous jheegalala joke which all my learned friends must have listenend to. state of art creature...one and only...seriously he is a friend of all, frank, helpful, one of those who can laugh on himself, doesn't care for the company he is in(even if they are girls) but just continues with fun,but sometimes goes crude .

chetan channa
He has his own frequency...wants to have his daily alloted sleep ( that is minjimum 8-9 hrs) which he grabs one way or the other , even if that needs him to miss some of the hot places as the mall road, which was almost jam packed during the christmas time. he and his ipod likes to be alone ( only sometimes). i think he is a gadget freak....was the first one i know who ordered the latest wafer thin apple's wonder.

dwij
again he was the who brought fun , and laughter to our otherwise serious group of creatures( me included )............doesn't drink ..no smoke but always excited to bring its reference ......wonder why , perhaps to subjugate his desire to drink . ya he does booz sometimes but thats just occasionally. he has got the charms to make any talks lively, brings humour to almost everything........but noticed that sometimes he himself goes into seclusion, suddenly stops talking which makes everybody wonder whats wrong.

dheeraj
we are in the same group . i have never seen him having the boisterous laugh, but it was dwij and jheenga's jaadoo which made this grave serious types to a cheerful (on high node) on the trip

nishant
nothing to tell . have been with him for last 4 years now (same college)...admires his skills , because he managed all the schedules and arrangements, otherwiise we doles would have come back just strolling the mall road.rest ya he was pretty happy with the company ...no more elaboration . its still in a premature phase , allow it to develope aand then we will discuss it in detail. ya one more thing ...he has got a new name chiichora....and the origin only he can tell.

reena
aha i wonder that would bring a smirk to one of my friend's ( we all know him ...the great ....one and only......) . she lives in her own world . talk less ..to the point ...get the crux straight away...no jokes( gauging with my standards) . never new her too well in college ...perhaps she had her own coterie.

saurabh pathak
i never knew him well in college. came to know him better in FSS. has already left the company , got into STM. he cracked into texas and STM on the same day. and before going for the interview he knew it well that he will clear them that day. now that the sixth sense or call it height of confidence. i am remembering the famous quotes of ALCHEMIST ......when you dream of something , the whole universe conspires to help you realize your dream...MAKHTUB ( i wonder how many times i repeat the same lines ...i guess i am using them repeatedly in my postings)

sippy
she is a quiet , beautiful girl . speaks less but that belief was thwarted on the trip . this girl speaks a lot , laughs a lot , though due to some incomprehensible reasons got angry in between the trip...ofcourse not with me ( i hope)..... but returned to her true self ( with the million dollar smile)

vidhi
she knows all boys talk. really the more seasoned one...can laugh with you , crack a joke or 2 , needed her fathers approval for the trip ( in the beginning it was looking somewhat distant) but on the trip i came to know her well , she's an independent girl , sweet ( why i find all girls sweet??)

friends this list is alphabatical , just a cautionary step so that i can escape from being asked why i put the other's name first

i would do the same descriptive sketch off my college friends too.but that in another post
till then njoy

my idiosncrasy

i have a penchant towards language , and perhaps that is why i love to to read ideas which are average but communicated in style. i donno whether to go for that flagrant , high vocabulary language or concentrate more on lucid explanation of my thoughts. having said that you can mock on me when i tell you that my encounter with the word ' cancle' or is that 'cancel'. , thats what happened with me when i had to deposit a cheque for cancellation (ofcourse i updated my eruditeness later) . while writing the word which aroused compunctions over my myth of possessing atleast some basic knowledge of the language which we have been encountering more than our mother tongue.
i just checked my heading of this blog and found the spellings of idiosyncrasy wrong, which fortifies my inference that i need to write more , i need to read more, i need to know more....much more to come at power with the world.
i returned from simla on sunday night, i had a gala, but realized that i have no bone to have fun
all said in those few words , but still would be writing a post on the trip , perhaps a brief description of the characteristics ( what i have gathered in those 3 days) of all my friends who went to simla , would be a good idea. but that in another post .i have got work to do

na koi marta hai na koi marta

the famous quote from Gita..... and shrewedly been used by the culprits to evade from any sense of repentance. i got hold off its explanation from somewhere so lend me your ears ..oh eyes here.
yes its true that you can't kill the soul which is the real entity in all of us, nobody is harmed in the broader perspective by anybody's wrongdoing. does that mean as the Gita says that the culprits are free to do anything and everything , they are not deserving the blame , it is the cosmos power that instigates the urge to commit a crime. NO... point is that the intentions of wrongdoing gets the negative field around the doer of evil deeds and that is surely punishable.
i think our country is among the most corrupted in the world just because of the incomplete understanding of such great ideas. half knowledge is always dangerous.there are two ways of looking onto big thinkings.first is either you get down these great ideas on the platform we stand (with little knowledge) , or lift yourself to the level of the idea. the former is taken by escapist and latter the beginning of the making of a great soul. For thousands of years thinkers have integrated some great thoughts but somewhere we have not been able to digest it fully , hence we have deteriorated ourselves much more than those who doesn't even have its access.

today i read an interesting story that happened inthe marketing industry...i think this story can be a lesson for me.
in the pontiac division of GM.....when the model was launched
a complaint was lodged by one of the customer and the nature of the complain was rather unusual that anyboby would just mock it off. he told that whenever he used to go to the ice-cream parlour and buys the vanilla flavour, his car doesn't start for all the the other flavours it used to work fine . After a lot of scoffing one young manager took it seriously and looked into the matter . he found out thatfor the vanilla flavour there used to be a long queue, but for the rest of them service was pretty quick.all the research concluded that there was some problem with the fuel inject pipe , so the more time taken by the vanilla flavour , engine was knocking.
learning :- come what may never take anything light, there can be something yet to be undiscovered

AVUL PAKIR JAINULABDEEN KALAM AZAD

people thats his full name . recently i read his autobiography "wings of fire"
a man who through all his sheer hard work rose to become the first muslim indian president and beyond that became the inspiration for people like me.
let me quote some his writings
" before god trusts you with success , you have to prove yourself humble enough to handle the big prize"
learning: teaches you that your every act is worthed , doesn't matter it turns out to be a failure
or a success , but it makes an entry into god's log files.A big shot is a little shot who
keeps shooting , so people keep trying.

i hope to implement the eesence of his experiences in my life .
start dreaming and your dreams will be realized. i am remembering the famous lines from "the alchemist" .......' when you dream of something , the whole world conspires to help you realize your dream'

but i don't know , for the past so many years i have been dreaming ,but no results......
any suggestions people???????????????????????????????????/

my boozed friends

it was fun day , i met my college friends after a long gap (that was perhaps we were not free at one time or because we all needed some time to make the adjustments with our slavery (job)
before i proceed and share the adventures with you , i have a promise to keep that i won't name them , as they know that few girls do read my space,so perhaps want to maintain their profiles unsullied. let me call them a,b and c. by the way after my elaboration on the story you would be able to guess them.

we went to our favourite adda (gola), which is our choice on the cheap but a decent place.
as usual the session started but ya A came already wet (i think 2-3 patiala) . i must commend his capacity , because i remember him going out of his senses (that was in 4th sememster) and blaming neelabh for all his failures(ofcourse that wasn't true ).
there were some signs of his being high. he spilled all the beer on the table , broke the glass but like every inebriated dude goads ' i am fine'

it was gud food , B told us about his passionate (i hope i am conveying the right meaning without using any inappropriate word) adventures on his official trip abroad , where he was accompanied by all his seniors (a job like this , i don't want anything else)

C (my darling) as usual the entertainer . no more words because i don't want to offend him in any ways.

after our stint at gola , we left for biryani ( at anand) . B and C were going there for the first time and they like the food but was too spicy for us .

now the anecdote which is the mother of all. B and C went to loo but there was a charge of Rs 1 for using it, so they both did it together (can you imagine that ....pls don't) . that surely saved us Rs 1 . now A was even smarter , he did it on the outside wall , with the message (dekho ghada moot raha hai) and told us that he actually drew his name with..................................................

friends the above facts have actually been manipulated by me , just to make it interesting and humourous. but let me tell you that A,B and C are some of the most brilliant, sensible persons i have met

note:even if you have recognised them please don't name them in comments

awesome lecture ......can't beat that

by jo i was in the lecture hall and this whole post i wrote in there, here begins the tale

i am sitting , attending another soporific lecture on software testing . its one of our RBT's ( the mandatory training for all joinees) that means there is no escape from the heinous outcomes which are diminishing my creativity. the lecture room is overcrowded , that means HR really at its best by utilising (read overutilising) the company resources to the maximum. i don't know what to learn from it, but ya some nerds here are putting everything on paper perhaps they are preparing themselves to pass on the legacy to the future culprits (those who dare to join this fabulous company).
there is one thing i am enjoying . they say there is heaven in hell , u just need to have that vision . i have found one. i am sitting with one of my very beautiful friend and we both are in resonance in one thing......(u pervert) how to evade this session.
here are two girls who have started putting questions ( a ray of light for the spaeker) , but i am sure the lucid explanation(haha) they got in return to their queries , i can bet they would lose this newly found interest.
i was wrong incalling the speaker , a destroyer of our creativity..infact he is providing us ample time for honing our forgotten aesthetic endeavors. the person sitting besides me is busy sketching a duck , another one trying to explore into modern art that is incomprehensible atleast by me who has minimal aesthetic taste.
sorry i cannot describe the picture of the whole class , as i am sitting on the front desk ( ironically i am one of those backbenchers but stuck here due to the extra smartness by my other class mate who were able to occupy all the back seats , who says there are no clairvoyant in the modern world, they knew the denouement of this tragic lecture.
this often happens that i go far away from my subject. as i was telling you about the backbenchers , though there is no authentication of the fact but for sure having there eyes closed , they must be dreaming about bipasha or mallika. i guess i should not stretch the explanation further otherwise my rating would drop from PG to A.

buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzziness

lets begin the day with whetting my business know how. well today morning i read a wonderful article about the comparison on economy boom of the mid 90's and that of present. so i guess i should share some of my understandings with you all because it rarely happens that i understand the economic jargons and fundaes and that i have got some of them , how can i spare you . well the article touched upon some of the major changes that happened in 1991 under our present prime minister, manmohan singh as finance minister. few changes like the end of licence raj , though i still have doubts as to why or how licence system ended because we still need to pay a licencing fee as in telecom sector. anyways on comparing the present boom and analysing the vulnerability of it , it discussed few reasons of the stability of the bull run . first major reason is that though the growth rate of both the booms was on an average above 7 percent , which continued for 3 consecutive years , but the difference is that in inflation rate , which was hovering around 8 percent in 90's whereas at present it is below 5 percent. that shows that there is a balace in demand and supply. now in the past we had high import barriers which were regarded as the protective measure o the domestic industry, but actually was the root cause to the instability.let me explain why....
whenever there is shortage of supply , and unable to satiate the domestic demand , it marks in the increase of inflation. now in 90's when such conditions prevailed , the RBI had to increase the interest rates so as to curb the demand supply chain, which in turn led to pestilential effects on the industry which needs capital to raise its production.
but today as the import barriers are low instead of raising the lending rates , government can import the needed items and can supplement the demands.
but the catch is that there is a thin line between lowering the import barriers and protecting the domestic industry. as in the case of retail industry which is at crossroads whether to open the markets for foriegn players.
i am still a novice in my economic understandings . so please correct me if any of my above belief is fallacious

a long needed respite

it was a wonderful day out with my team yesterday
my first bowling experience , which i nearly missed winning , shooting,go-carting,pool (these pool sessions brought me some old good memories of the college days). food was gud and ya for all the Trunksucht ( hehe that means dipsomaniac) there was open bar with a collection that reminds me of college farewell. but apun ke liye sabh moh maaya

pathak just came to my seat . he too has got into TI and got the leaving approval from his manager. his experience has been comparatively smoothe as compared to others.

as i was returning from cafetaria i saw that our gatekeeper was wearing the reebock shoes original.now that made me filled with joy that the india shining campaign , which proved to the inception of the fall of BJP , showing and defying the the common opinion of its failure.

i am feeling a little weary, absolutely in no mood to work . perhaps i slept much more than required . isn't it an irony that sleep that relieves you from fatigue , if had it more, makes you tired. from tomorrow onwards i guess i should start reading some novels instead of getting into my quilt early night.

i can see my TL sitting browsing some music sites(he is a fantastic music player...he has his own rock band ,they perform shows ...so he's that god). i wonder how hes got me under him who is at square one in music, i guess that can be an opprtunity to grab some music jargons from him. but still need some time to open up with him.

while talking to one my friends , suddenly i recalled one of the dilberts adam scotts thought
that we computer engineers are the MOST SEXY men on earth in the present times. by sexy i mean the most preffered ones.years ago sexy were those who could drop dead an antelope with one strike because their probability of surviving was greatest(being stronger) . today we have that advantage. besides there is another reason that girls would want us ....our patience that we develope over the years listening to those soporific lectures(GOLU) . we are good listeners and thats exactly what you need to be an uxorious husband and have a successful married life.
they can watch you for hours without uttering a word ( thats real humor but all my friends can certainly relate to it)

i hold scepticism over this theory because first of all most wanted are the managers who can go out with their families on the pretensions of official work making their juniors work double shifts.
also they can listen to you still ignoring your demands (of being overloaded)
but still until i am working as an engineer dilbert's idea sounds good.

just an idea . please forgive me if any of the above scrap has offended you . after all i don't have any of those filters for my crude thoughts

another musing

i am back from mumbai but will tell u abt that later
first things first ..another thought whose instigator is my one of my friend.
he has got into TI .
as i was talking to him today morning he told me that he is feeling guilty that he used office resources for his personal purpose and u will be even more surprised to know that he was feeling that because he made 5-6 telephone calls from office
isn't it astonishing...how can anybody feels that and i tell u that he really meant that because he is one of those guys who do no nonsnse talks.
now that he is leaving to bangalore he applied for resignation but our smart (mean) managers don't want such a valuable resource and trying to defer his NOC
anyways he is startled to find that how come they treat him after his 6 months of sincere work
he assumed to be treated humanely but rather being treated as a mere resource
this is an irony that we all want to be an asset for the company but in the end we want that with a somewhat compassionate treatment
he (me too) still to learn that this world is full of **** people ( there i meant mean and shit)
here i proved that *************************** stars have such powers to extract those abstract ,deep inside, pervert minds
WHAT AM WRITING HERE HUUUUUAAAAAAAAAA
LET ME FIRST SWITCH OFF THE MUSIC

another random thought is coming to me . Here it goes......
have you ever observed that when water evaporates , it leaves a trail . now again pour some water and it will take the same path . similarily we all tend to react in the same manner
in difficult situations . i call this ATTITUDE , which is ingrained in us and the process is dynamic . you can also call it our values which we inherit from our environment.
my point is that we constantly need to upgrade our versions to act and not react . i do know that i am not on the right track .
HURRAY I HAVE GOT A MAIL THAT WE HAVE A TEAM PARTY TOMORROW AT 32ND MILESTONE SO NO MORE MOURNING AND WILL PARTY HARD IF NOT WORK.
